Our builder is available to you, directly. No real estate agents, no barriers to working closely with the builder to achieve your goal. In fact, our builder, Tom Peterson, is in the office every Saturday, available to you, on your schedule. Obviously, Tom cannot design and build every house, by hand and by himself, but it is good to know that if you have a question to ask, or a problem to solve, going to the "top" is not only available but is also warmly greeted.

Our goal is to help our clients recognize their needs and desires and then translate that into blueprints which later turn into your dream home. We have some very attractive floor plans that can be modified to meet your particular needs. Technology makes it possible for us to change room dimensions, move walls, windows and just about anything else you can imagine. And, of course, we would be happy to work with you should you already have a plan in mind. Our goal is to hand you the key to your Dream Home, a house you've always wanted. We have several completed homes in Victorville, Apple Valley, Hesperia, Spring Valley Lake, Oak Hills, Phelan, and Pinon Hills in California.
